The Innotech Die Cutter or Perf Unit is designed to cut and remove windows or other shaped openings from web. The unit can also perforate or score the web. Excellent condition. Never used and has been stored at manroland Goss facility.
Ideally suited to be added to these press models: M110, M110B, M110C, M112, Printstream100S. Also some Zirkon models and manroland Octoman presses.

The module for each web includes:
Shaftless drive – Siemens drive motor included (drive not included)
Magnetic plate cylinder for use with flexible etched steel dies or perf plates
Double-size hardened anvil cylinder with ability to adjust pressure manually on-the-run
Lateral register of plate/anvil cylinders using moveable sub-frames with range of +/-3/16”
Circumferential register via shaftless drive
Driven pull roller with rubber trolleys; including crush slitter and perforator wheels
Included auxiliary equipment: web severer, web break detector, QTI cutoff camera
Not included: Drive controllers, trim removal system, QTI control system, motor cables
